If you contact me by text or give me your phone number, I will text you about your appointment and may occasionally text you about services or openings.

Opting out of marketing messages does not stop texts about an appointment you have already booked
Photos of your vehicle
I photograph vehicles before and after service for my own records and for marketing, including my website, Google Business Profile, and social media. I do not publish your name, address, or license plate, and I blur plates when they are visible.
If you would rather I not use photos of your vehicle publicly, just tell me and I will not. No explanation needed.
Who I share information with
I share only what is needed, with the services that run my business:
Service, What it handles, Squarespace, Website hosting and contact forms, Acuity Scheduling, Online booking and appointment details, Stripe, Payment processing, Google Business Profile, reviews, messaging, and website analytics ,Meta Advertising measurement
Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. I may also disclose information if required by law.

My website uses cookies to function properly and to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.
How long I keep information
I keep customer records, including service history, for as long as you remain a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time and I will, except anything I am required to retain for tax or legal purposes.
