Getting Started & Booking

  • Book online anytime, or text/call (928)-606-2432 for a custom quote. We respond within 12 hours.

  • Sooner is better, especially in busy seasons — but we do our best to fit you in quickly.

  • Yes. Send your year, make, model, and a photo if it's especially dirty or pet-heavy, and we'll give you an accurate price. How do I pay? — [FILL IN: card, cash, etc.]

  • We accept cash, card, check, Venmo, and Zelle — whatever's easiest for you.

How Mobile Detailing Works

  • Yes. All we need is a spot to park, access to an outdoor water spigot, and a power outlet (we bring 100 ft cords to reach). Everything else we bring.

  • Nope — most clients aren't present. Leave the car, live your day, come back to a clean one.

  • Interior Only about 2-3 hours; Standard Detail 4-5 hours for a sedan (longer for SUVs and trucks).

  • Let us know when booking — we carry long cords and can usually work with your setup.

  • Carpets and seats are damp after a deep shampoo and typically dry within a few hours with windows cracked or in the sun

Pricing and Value

  • Hours of careful hand labor with professional products, not a 5-minute tunnel — plus we come to you. A tunnel can scratch your paint; we won't.

  • Base prices cover average sedans. Larger, dirtier, or pet-heavy vehicles may cost a bit more — send details for a quote.

  • Each package page lists exactly what's included. In short: Interior Only (cabin clean), Standard (full inside & out), Full Shampoo & Reset (deepest interior), Wash Clay & Seal (exterior protection).

  • Yes — pet hair removal, leather conditioning, stain removal, ceramic coating, engine bay, and more. Add them when booking.

Scheduling Changes & Weather

  • Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours ahead at no charge. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) carry a $20 fee.

  • Heavy rain or snow? Reschedule free — no penalty. We watch the forecast and stay in touch.

  • Of course — give us 24 hours' notice when you can, and text us if it's last-minute.

Service Area & Travel

  • Flagstaff and across Coconino County, plus Sedona and Prescott. Free travel within 30 miles of Flagstaff.

  • Free within 30 miles of Flagstaff, which includes Bellemont, Kachina, Mountainaire and Doney Park. Beyond 30 miles is a flat $25, which covers Williams and the surrounding area. Over 75 miles, just ask and we'll quote it.

Products, Safety & Results

  • We choose gentle, non-toxic interior products where it counts, so your cabin is safe for kids and pets. Exteriors use pH-balanced washes that won't cause swirl marks. For tougher jobs we use stronger professional cleaners, always applied carefully. We prioritize eco-friendly options and water conservation where we can.

  • Yes. $25 gets most of it (great if your dog's a regular passenger); $50 is our "every last drop" — the most thorough removal we offer

  • Most, yes. Deep stains and heavy odor are best handled by our Full Shampoo & Reset with two passes and hot-water extraction.

  • Just call me. I take real pride in my work, and if something's not right I'll gladly come back out and make it right.
